Natalia - Tampa FL.

What a bright little girl! Natalia was full energy & smiles making every scene picture perfect. All her family must be super proud of her. This amazing 4 year old can carry a full conversation...loved it! I can go on talking about Natalia and her many charming qualities, but I will let the images speak for themselves.

Thanks for all your help Titi & Grandma, and please tell Natalia thanks again for the candy!

Franklin - Naples, FL

As a child, we all have big ambitions, and we believe that we can conquer the world. Life experiences bring us to reality. We realize our dreams are farther than we used to see them, and we stop believing they can come true. It's a challenge to strive for the best. Staying positive in a negative world is not so easy, and many are willing to bring us down.

That's where my inspiration for Franklin's photo shoot came from. When the voices of negativity want to speak to you, silence your surroundings, and find that peaceful place where you can start believing again. May your dreams come true!

Nelson & Grace - 2 year Anniversary

It's been two years since this lovely couple tied the knot! They are an outgoing couple, full of excitement yet poised.

Since I met Nelson & Grace they have been an inspiration to me. In the archives (to the right side of the blog) you may view their wedding & 1st year anniversary pictures. For their 2nd year anniversary I wanted to do something memorable. Since they have a diverse look, I chose a classic black & white photo shoot reminiscent of the 1930's & 1940's Hollywood glamour, but with a modern twist. I did break the rules with the lighting, since in the 30's & 40's lighting in photography was mostly dimmed with an added spotlight effect. In my opinion that type of lighting was a too harsh, but it did give a very dramatic effect, like theater lighting would. It was the essence of that wartime that made people express themselves into many art forms, and although it was a time of depression, many beautiful images of couples were created. As we all know, in the end love always prevails. Despite the fact that war is part of what we are dealing with today, we have manage to look forward to brighter days. I hope you enjoy my inspired version, which is definitely more promising.
